The service provided was outstanding. Their shuttle service from the airport was excellent. The location was stunning for walking around Cuadra San Francisco. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the location by the beautiful beach and within walking distance of the city center and top restaurants was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of meal options.

The beach area was stunning and felt like a private little paradise. Whether playing in the water or watching the waves crash in from the pool or restaurant terrace, the beach view was stunning! Larissa with Concierge Services handled everything from airport transportation to excursions to the little special details making our trip extra memorable. Cannot speak more highly of her and her true excitement to see us in person and relish in our experience. She's the best! Diego, Jose, and George by the pool were also outstanding and remembered us each day, making us feel welcome and valued. The place is beautiful, the room we stayed in was very comfortable and pretty - excellent mattress and pillows. The restaurants offer a variety of choices and all have gorgeous views. The staff is very friendly and the service in all areas is excellent! Rarely choose American-branded hotels when I travel internationally, but chose this Hilton because of the safely-swimmable beach. The hotel is very well run, staff consistently cheerful and professional. Hotel sits on a bluff, commanding an inspiring view over the sea, especially from the infinity pools. The restaurants have warm, home-made grain breads available at each meal, and many healthy choices for breakfast. There was nothing shabby about this hotel, it sparkles as a luxury hotel. The gym had all the basics and taxis were easy to get. The management of this hotel deserves kudos for a job well done. The pool was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Felt more than at home, no complaints at all.

We have traveled for close to 40 years and this is the first hotel vacation that we have ever returned to - this was our third trip! Excellent service, beautiful location, hotel staff are wonderful. Absolutely no negative comments to write.

The room itself was incredible, with a comfortable bed, well-appointed bathroom, and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. the facilities and room advantages made our stay truly enjoyable.

The add-on costs for certain amenities were a bit high, which could impact the overall expenses of the stay.

I had an amazing time at Hilton Los Cabos. The resort was stunning and the amenities were top-notch. The rooms were beautifully appointed and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations. The location was perfect, right on the beach with breathtaking views. I also loved the make-to-order breakfast at El Meson, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout my stay. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
